Pre-Fall Preparation: Pumpkin Dip

I love it when the seasons change. I get giddy with anticipation for the new recipes and traditions that only occur during the different times of the year.

So even though it was 95 degrees today, my calendar says I should begin preparing for cooler nights, outdoor fires, and the changing of the leaves.

In preparation for fall, I made one of our favorite deserts.

It happens to be a Weight Watcher’s recipe, but I won’t tell if you don’t.

I hope you enjoy it!

Pumpkin Dip

Ingredients:

  • 1 can (15 oz) pumpkin
  • 1 small pkg vanilla instant pudding
  • 1 carton of fat free Cool Whip (let defrost in the refrigerator)
  • Pumpkin spice
  • Teddy Grahams (or any type of graham cracker)

Mix the pumpkin, vanilla pudding powder, and Cool Whip together. Add pumpkin spice to taste. Put mixture in a pretty bowl and dip with graham crackers.

I completely agree with you about anticipating Fall! It’s almost September and I’m craving apples. I love this dip. I might have to make and enjoy some fresh apple cider.
